Hello and Welcome!

We truly appreciate your taking the time to stop by our site and in reading this blog.  This is the first of many blogs that I and my partners will be posting about our adventure in starting, building and growing this company.  We are very excited that the site is live and are happy to share the experience with you.

Starting a company is many things; time consuming, stress laden, challenging and most of all rewarding at many levels.  As we begin our journey in earnest, we would like to pull back the curtain and discuss with you how we address many of these activities and challenges.  Along the way we will share our opinions, provide tips, tricks and learning experiences.

We are hopeful that you can benefit by this information and how we address any hurdles we come across.

Some of the areas and topics we will be blogging about and discussing with you, include:

• IT Infrastructure and scaling with growth
• Operations and marketing on a budget
• Software development from agile methods to best practices and automated solutions
• Design and development in a distributed world
• Writing and publishing in digital media

We have two projects we’ll be bringing to market initially.  The first is Honor Guard, a space opera comic/graphic novel.  The second is, Mini Battles: Kingdoms a turn based strategy game for mobile devices.  Many of the blog posts will be relevant to these two projects, however many will be more general to a domain or area of building and running a business.  We are hopeful that there will be something for everyone here.
